What does the role involve?
- Credit management and debit collection through calls and meetings
- Follow up with customer enquiries and overdue invoices proactively
- Closely partner with finance in HK and Shanghai office on AR settlement
- Support credit control officers on handling credit administrative tasks
- Handle invoice, support statement and reminders issuance
- Liaise with other departments to resolve disputed billings and outstanding accounts

What you need is:
- Vocational or tertiary education in all disciplines e.g. business, management, etc.,
- At least 1-2 years relevant experience
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
- Good communication skills, self-disciplined, and able to work on tight schedules
- Independent, attentive to details and well-organized
- Fully computer literate in MS Office, knowledge in SAP is an advantage
- Immediately available candidates preferred
