What's the role?
Within this role, you will be globally responsible for driving treasury and corporate finance projects and supporting our Group companies worldwide in cash management, finance, and risk management topics. Further, you will be a member of the headquarters’ front office. You will directly report to the Group Treasurer.

What does the role involve?
In this role, you oversee our cash management processes at the global and regional levels. This includes defining funding strategies, managing banking operations, optimizing cash flows and interests as well as executing foreign exchange and money market trades. You'll act as Business Partner to our regional and local finance directors by consulting them in cash management, financial risk, and financing topics. To support internal and external audit requirements you will also be involved into the development, maintenance, and monitoring of Treasury related policies. You'll also be responsible for the relationship management with our banks and other financing partners as well as leading key strategic Treasury projects, to streamline treasury processes, controls, risk management, bank account structure, inter-company funding, payments etc.

What you need is:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business, Finance Economics or related discipline
- 4+ years of corporate treasury experience, preferably in an industrial environment and financial services otherwise, consulting
- Excellent knowledge of Treasury and Finance products and processes, a sound understanding of accounting and controlling, as well as excellent analytical and IT skills
- Practical experience establishing and maintaining dedicated refinancing structures for lease receivables and capital market transactions is advantageous.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, gain consensus among various teams, and drive initiatives to completion effectively
- Fluency in spoken and written English and German
