You'll play an active role in analyzing the Hilti competitive landscape, enhancing our pursue of knowledge from raw information, challenging ourselves to shape market intelligence and more easily predict changes and disruptive factors. Together with experienced business partners, you will actively develop frameworks and plans to generate market and competitive insights. You will analyze different areas of competitors and come up with implications to our major stakeholders: senior management, business units and regional teams.
You'll play an active role in strategic projects aiming to identify unexplored customers’ needs and business opportunities. Together with experienced business partners, you will define and implement new approaches to uncover insights and generate high return on the market research investments along the different stages of product innovation and customer’s journey. You will contribute to the implementation of a new approach to track and assess customer loyalty and experience, which will be reviewed by senior management and applied in global and local strategic decisions.

We have an open intern or master thesis position for students in the strategy department in Schaan (Liechtenstein). Help us to set the innovation strategy for our plants in Liechtenstein, Germany, Mexico and China, deploy the strategy together with the plants and push overarching topics like agile and industry 4.0. You are invited to write your master thesis in this context or do an internship for 6 months or more. In doing so, you do an important step to develop your personal career.
