The function of Solution Consultant is to support the sales forces as trainer of how to develop a consultative approach towards our customers and lead the development of a new software solution of Asset and Services Management that goes beyond our traditional product categories.
The successful incumbent will help define, prioritize, implement and monitor highly actionable initiatives to unlock value creation opportunities through pricing with the goal in achieving sustainable and profitable growth in Korea.
- Introduce and develop a Hilti's service(FM & ON!Track) functional) and product - Working with Sales team in customer acquisition, implementation and retention. - Generate software, hardware and service revenue (contracts, Onsite Analysis, implementation, training) - (Optional) Ensure high level customer satisfaction by taking ownership for all activities of customer implementations including technical support that do not require onsite presence and providing technical support to customers
