• Implement the Hilti Digital Marketing Strategy in agreement with the Global and Regional Strategy • Hilti Website maintenance, development and testing • Website software maintenance, supervision and organization of changes • Support and maintenance of internal information platforms • Coordination of electronic and printed communication materials, eg. flyers, newsletter, catalog • Participate in compiling and conducting "Works smart" training • Roll out and attract Hilti internal/external softwares • Increase of Hilti VIP account business - online net sales share
As part of our HR team located in Budapest Graphisoft park, you’ll be responsible for actively source and screen talented candidates through different channels. In addition to Researcher tasks you will be also responsible for leading employer branding strategy and initiatives for Hilti Hungary including attraction and engagement activities. Your main responsibility is to ensure that Hilti is considered as a desired employer in the Hungarian labour market, while designing and delivering marketing activities to target relevant candidates to Hilti.
