Team Administrator - CDD (F/H)
What's the role?

As a Team Administrator, you will work in a multicultural, collaborative, fun, and agile work environment; You will support the people on the administration / operational activity within the internal team

What does the role involve?
As a Team Administrator who supports the people on the administration / operational activity within the internal team, you will sit across all teams in HDMS (people and process), reports to PM Cohort Lead (in the first instance) and works directly with the teams to support the administration and onboarding side Based either in Paris/Plano. It is a very interactive role co-ordinating activities with teams. You would be responsible, among others, to update our Team Chart & Availability Chart, to update the Email Distribution Lists, to support in the management for External/Internal Employees (via Identity Manager), to write Templates / Documentation on Administrative Processes and Training to the teams. You would also be working with new joiners (mainly our externals) to assist with onboarding and training on Hilti information Go-To. You would finally support the team if there are any questions.

What you need is:
- Organised structured person who can co-ordinate activities and people
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft suite ie Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
- Good communication & document writing skills
- Has the ability to influence others and support teams in a caring manner
- Problem solving skills - in particular around better ways of working
- Confident and professional with all levels of the team
- Any SharePoint / Confluence / Teams knowledge (preferred but not essential)
