People Analytics & HRIS manager, Boulogne-Billancourt, 92 (H/F) – CDI
What's the role?
We are looking for an expert in People Analytics to bring our Western Europe region (Luxembourg, Belgium, France, Spain, Portugal) to the level of our ambitions. As a real coach and mentor for 2 members in your team, you will also drive French reporting, HRIS processes and be involved in Compensation related matters.

What does the role involve?
Within the HR team reporting to the Head of Reward for Western Europe you’ll oversee HR controlling for France and Western Europe and be responsible for the delivery of rolling forecasts for workforce planning, analysis for the NAO (annual salary negotiations) and all legal requirements relating to reporting. Working closely with our newly appointed Global People Analytics Manager, you will drive the People Analytics initiatives to lead the Region to become the role model on the topic.
Heavily involved in the implementation of our new HR system in 2020, you will act as an internal consultant to understand business needs and recommend solutions to key business partners. You will also assure the quality of data in the HR system and compliance with HR process with the support of your team.

What you need is:
- You have a strong previous experience in Human Resources with a particular emphasis in analytics, systems.
- You are fluent in English and French;
- Knowledge of payroll and compensation is preferred;
- You are curious, rigorous, autonomous, resilient and able to work efficiently on different projects simultaneously.
