Lead Project Manager
What's the role?
The lead Project Manager steers a cohort of talented global project managers in building (in agile, scrum) and deploy (in 70+ markets) omni-channel/ digitally-enabled behavioural marketing campaigns and leads generation programs at Hilti.

What does the role involve?
Manage a team at the leading edge of innovative marketing and sales at Hilti / Steer own PM cohort in building and delivering global marketing campaigns on time and at budget, including configuration of the underlying marketing automation technology. Strive for excellence: continuous optimization of ongoing processes to make PM operations faster, leaner, more impactful over time.
Play a pivotal role in bringing different teams together
/ Establish and drive PM agenda (including but not limited to marketing campaigns) across a global organization. Collaborate with global peers from a wide spectrum of functional expertise and leadership roles, across as diverse verticals as digital marketing, data & advanced analytics and global IT.
Resolve roadblocks and drive team members to deliver in a high-paced, truly global context.

What you need is:
- Experience working in scrum & agile frameworks, including working tools (e.g. Jira)
- People management, inspiring and enabling a team to deliver excellent results
- Exceptional oral and presentation skills, equally effective in both formal and informal settings
- Fluent English is a must
- Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation technology project a plus
- Ideation, innovation and brainstorming skills
