What's the role?

You will be responsible for establishing Social Sales initiatives (e.g. live demos) to initiate meaningful conversations with our customer to generate qualified leads to our salesforce & website. Displaying a can-do attitude: promptly handle requests and issues, go the extra-mile to deliver on time sustainable solutions. Acting with a high sense of urgency and enthusiasm.

What does the role involve?

You will be responsible for establishing social selling initiatives with our salesforce first in lead market(s) and then scale to all markets; in order to generate qualified leads to our salesforce & website and deliver the desired outcome. Working closely with different departments to help us expand Hilti’s sales experience with digital. Setting goals, analysing & understanding customer needs as well as prioritizing and overseeing the development of initiatives that are perfectly integrated into other physical and digital marketing & sales activities and platforms will be your day to day mission. Train our salesforce on diverse sales tools that focus on helping them find the right prospects to build trusted relationships i.e. LinkedIn and LinkedIn sales navigator to state few; lead by example to prove the value.

What you need is:

  • 3+ years professional experience in social selling (intensive experience with LinkedIn)
  • Preferably previous sales & marketing roles
  • Excellent stakeholder & project management skills
  • Preferably Scrum certified
  • Proactive with a positive attitude and a forward-thinking approach despite troubling circumstances or setbacks by staying confident under pressure
  • Follow through on commitments, show consistency between words and actions and model high standard of honesty, integrity, and authenticity
  • Presentation and communication skills
