What does the role involve?

Reporting directly to our Global Logistics Management Team, you join and lead cross-functional teams to enhance our customers’ omni-channel logistics experience when buying from Hilti. You start at the front-end of service innovation: identifying opportunities and generating ideas based on customer discovery and continuous monitoring of market and competitive trends. You then move to prototyping and concept definition and also participate in the development stage, taking a concept from pilot to scalable solution. You lead the marketing activities for services at various stages and manage our global customer approach for logistics. Finally, you act as a business partner with various teams at Hilti and train and support our regional logistics service managers.

Hilti is heavily investing in France: our French office moved to Boulogne in 2019 and hosts our Global Digital Hub. Hilti is certified Great Place to Work 2019.

What you need is:

  • University or College degree + 5 years work experience or Master’s degree + 3 years experience
  • Project management experience, preferably in new services or products
  • Supply Chain understanding from previous projects or education
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Fluent in English

Vos misions principales consisteront :


Vous serez principalement en charge des opérations de réapprovisionnements des zones de picking, du conditionnement de nos commandes « Fleet et OnTrack » et de la préparation de commandes.
