What's the role?

The GCC Business Analyst will support the Global Competence Center for Small Customers in a growth-oriented environment; is a proactive problem solver and strives to be an integral part of the team and success of Hilti. This role will interact directly with Executive Leaders throughout the Market Organization (MO) to help drive business results.

The incumbent must have knowledge in financial and controlling related topics, understand the business complexity, and be passionate about performance improvement. Additionally, this role guides and enables decisions, as well as develops business cases for key decisions/investments within the GCC.

What does the role involve?

Challenge and improve current financial analytical processes and models

Partner with Head of GCC to drive the Rolling Forecast (RF) process in partnership with respective MOs

Development of small customer CC reporting strategy as part of global reporting project

Ownership of all KPIs for Small Customer MO, Regional & Global reporting in close co-operation with Evolution and HQ Finance/Reporting team

Support all participating MOs in set-up, understanding and execution of CC reports

Quarterly, yearly analysis of main KPIs and regular deep dives to assess overall P&L, PLS performance, Channel performance , etc.

Create, maintain, and improve Data Driven Tool & related reporting

Partner with GCC Team on day-to-day details, provide ongoing feedback and insight into decisions

Analyze new business ideas, make analytical judgments, and provide recommendations to drive meaningful change

Drive insightful analytics and financial reviews, ‘telling the story’ with organizational leadership

Lead special projects and ad hoc requests as required

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or International Business
  • Minimum two (2) or more years of experience in financial controlling, audit, management reporting, and business planning, required
  • Hilti sales experience as an AM/ASM preferred
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
  • Strong influencer, ability to handle multiple projects/topics
  • Hands on, agile and ability to run an analysis BI reports
