It’s an incredibly exciting time to join the Hilti Digital Platforms team! We are redesigning the digital future of Hilti and are looking for new team members to play an integral part in our digital transformation journey. As a Support Specialist, you will work in a global, multi-cultural, collaborative, fun and agile work environment. You will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, which includes technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and support of the Adobe Campaign Standard application developed for our clients.

What does the role involve?

As an Email Support Specialist you serve as 1st level support to troubleshoot and solve technical issues (data files, issue logs, workflows, etc.) with Adobe Campaign Standard and Adobe Experience Manager. You monitor ServiceNow tickets queue and inbox for emails that need immediate attention and resolution. You create and test email templates in Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Campaign Standard, create training video on new features and train new market users on Adobe Campaign Standard. You create customized real-time reports of email campaign statistics using Adobe Campaign Standard dynamic reporting interface. You also create UAT plans in JIRA for feature roll-outs, research client issues/process defects and provide resolution and maintain operational functionality of email marketing solution.

The Digital Platform team, at our two locations in Boulogne-Billancourt, France and Texas, USA, consists of 130+ team members in 11+ scrum teams working with the newest technologies to create a unique user experience for Hilti’s extraordinary products and services.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
  • Minimum one year experience required in:
  • Adobe Experience Manager
  • SOAP & Rest API to interact with other upstream/downstream systems
  • Message Center including Real Time/Batch email/SMS functionality
  • Ability to:
  • Take requirements and build email templates using pre-built components
  • Configure/publish templates for use in campaigns
  • Troubleshoot workflow issues and bugs
  • Strong functional proficiency in campaign orchestration and marketing automation
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills in English
