What's the role?

You will be in charge of driving eCommerce projects at Hilti for the Western Europe region (France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium/Luxembourg). You will have the responsibility of developing our customer facing digital platforms including the website, apps and eB2B (Purchase to Pay solutions) for Western Europe region & the French market.
The role is based in France, Boulogne-Billancourt (92) with 2 days of home office possible per week.

What does the role involve?

Your role will consist in prioritizing and driving various eCommerce projects to accelerate the growth of eCommerce & usage of our digital platforms as well as implementing eProcurement solutions for customers
You will pilot the implementation of e-commerce products, from design to monitoring and validation phases, in collaboration with the Global teams. Your responsibility will be to ensure the implementation plans are executed in collaboration with the local counterparts and communicated cross different departments. You will also directly be responsible for identifying new features & existing feature improvements while taking into account the needs of different internal teams and different markets. You will continually propose new innovative features and areas for Customer Experience improvement to the Global team. You will also own success metrics for each project, analyses KPIs to report out performance of new launches.
For the implementation of eProcurement solutions you will be in charge of managing the project end to end, including the following tasks : running meetings with customers to understand their needs and build a tailor made solution for them, specifying customer needs to relevant Product owners in the Corporate team, mapping the data model for EDI integration, testing solution implemented. All along the project you will be the key contact for the customer as well as the corporate team delivering the solution. You will also be in charge of the maintenance of existing and new solutions to ensure a continuous high-quality service to EDI customers.

What you need is:

  • Good French & English (oral & written)
  • 3+ years of experience in EDI integration ( knowledge of EDI principles – EDIFACT, ANSI X12,… - formats – IDOC, XML – and communication protocols – AS2, sFTP, VAN, API)
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Knowledge of Atlassian suite: JIRA, Confluence or similar tools
  • Excellent project management skills with a strong analytical mindset and drive for delivering impact and tangible results
  • Excellent communication skills (capacity to communication with people from many different departments / different backgrounds) and stakeholder management
  • Strong proactivity, problem solver & customer first mindset
  • Capacity to coordinate several complex projects in parallel
