What's the role?

In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping the Digital Strategy of our Anchors Business Unit through understanding the customer needs and workflows and translating them into new digital products and/or product features. You will work with a team of product managers and with markets to jointly create the best-in-class mobile apps and dedicated online platforms.
Located in Paris in a diverse and international team set-up, you are going to have frequent interactions with lead customers, close collaboration with our regional market organizations and global business units.

What does the role involve?

Planning and development of the Anchors Business Unit digital strategy. Develop and maintain a content roadmap for the digital platforms (technical articles, webinars). Develop further digital products such as Anchor Mobile Apps, support the markets with marketing content and ensure successful roll outs globally. Develop business plans for digital initiatives together with the BU global Product Managers and markets to secure existing digital business as well as new online business. Perform market analysis, analyze digital trends, competition trends and identify new digital opportunities. Develop and implement in the markets Digital Marketing Campaign Plans (SEM, SEO & SMM) in case of new product launches.

The Digital Marketing team, located in Boulogne-Billancourt, France, consists of 150+ team members with the newest technologies to create a unique user experience for Hilti’s extraordinary products and services.

What you need is the passion to directly engage with our customers to understand their needs and their workflows. You need to have a good understanding of the construction business and its processes combined with an understanding of digital marketing in a B2B environment.

What you need is:

  • Engineering degree (industrial, mechanical, civil engineering);
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing roles with B2B company driving high impact and visibility projects. Experience in strategic, analytical or conceptual roles.
  • Experience with or within Engineering Consultants and/or Contractors preferred.
  • Ability to work well in an interdisciplinary, multi-cultural environment and matrix organization with multiple priorities
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on different levels
  • Knowledge in Mechanical / Chemical Anchors is preferred
  • Fluency in English (additional language skills, particularly in German, a plus)
