Digital marketing project manager (W/M) – CDI
What's the role?
Your will be in charge of driving digital marketing initiatives at Hilti (including Marketing automation) in direct collaboration with the corporate teams as well as the French market and other markets from the Western Europe region (Spain, Portugal, Belgium / Luxembourg). You will have the responsibility of creating / implementing impactful campaigns that deliver tangible results for the audience directly targeted (meaningful customer interactions, high quality leads & business impact).
The role is based in France, Boulogne-Billancourt (92) with 2 days of home office possible per week.

What does the role involve?
In this role you will be project management for both Engagement marketing initiatives (marketing automation) as well as other digital marketing campaigns.
Your role will consist in coordinating the implementation & change management associated for Marketing automation initiatives in Western Europe markets in collaboration with the relevant topic expert as well as local counterparts. You will also directly be responsible for the implementation in the French market. Your responsibility will be to ensure the implementation of meaningful initiatives, customer centric and continuously fostering a seamless physical & digital connexion. You will also continuously analyse Engagement Marketing flows to review and improve – always with the best possible customer experience in mind. Next to that, you support the Physical Sales Channels in delivering highly qualified digital leads and as well fuel the Global Engagement Marketing Innovation Pipeline.
You will also be in charge of developing regional & local digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on Specifiers. Your role will be to support the development of our digital interactions with this strategic audience.

What you need is:
- Good French & English (oral & written)
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Digital marketing, ideally with already good experience with Marketing Automation
- Excellent project management skills with a strong analytical mindset and drive for delivering impact and tangible results
- Excellent communication skills with people with different backgrounds and levels of seniority
- Strong proactivity, problem solver & customer first mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management & capacity to connect the dots
- Capacity to coordinate several complex projects in parallel
