Content Operations Manager - CDI (F/H)
What's the role?
The Content Operations Manager defines and optimizes end-to-end content production workflows to guarantee timely, high-quality and smooth execution and delivery of content across the organization. This role will actively build up, manage and document processes, workflows and detailed project plans related to content creation, to ensure that all deadlines are met, all handoffs are successful, and projects are moving through the pipeline.

What does the role involve?
Manage and optimize all processes, workflows and project plans related to content creation : Pro-actively setup and structure projects, define workstreams and milestones needed to enhance collaboration with global and regional stakeholders. Identify indicators, evaluate and regularly report back on project and content performance.
Cross-team collaboration with all relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth content delivery: Collaborate closely with our DAM team for naming and tagging conventions. Effectively partner and align with internal stakeholders and agencies in a fast-paced environment. Always strive for content production excellence: handle content governance end-to-end including templates creation, ownership and roles definition, guidelines and standards design.

What you need is:
- Excellent knowledge of end-to-end content production processes
- Excellent project management skills. Experienced in mapping out and documenting new processes
- Experienced with working with and implementing a range of technological productivity and work-flow management tools
- Experienced with process improvement ideas and systems enhancements to improve content production
- Analytical, ideation and innovation skills
- Previous experience as a PM or similar
- Previous experience in an agency is a plus
