Content Manager (F/H) - CDI
What's the role?
The Content Manager assesses content needed for every flow and projects she/he is responsible for, developing consistent and thorough creative brief, and orchestrates high-quality content creation with internal and external creative teams. This role also implies an active and strong collaboration with various teams across the organization, ensuring content are delivered in a timely manner and aligned with the content strategy in place.

What does the role involve?
Oversee content creation needs across the organization and management of targeted content /
Work in Agile mode with different internal customers, including marketing communication, engagement marketing. Ensure assets needed are properly identified, produced, delivered following a clear content creation process designed end-to-end. Develop creative briefs for campaign and work with a team of a creative experts and external agencies/freelancers for to produce high-quality content.
Guarantee a content strategy that is engaging and in line with the brand’s image and business objectives /
Ensure messaging is aligned with our core content strategy and our brand guidelines. Together with content production team, pilot and conceive engaging content to support business goals defined by internal stakeholders. Coordinate and orchestrate content review with different teams in a timely manner, always seeking for content excellence.

What you need is:
- Content creation experience, especially developing creative briefs
- Sound knowledge of personas, customer journeys and SEO
- Knowledge of content management systems and JIRA
- Able to guide and set content priorities for in-house and freelance content creators
- Excellent professional command of English, additional languages are a clear benefit
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Culturally sensitive, diplomatic as part of a globally-integrated team
- Ability to handle pressure and adapt to different situations and levels of stakeholder communication
