What's the role?

It’s an incredibly exciting time to join the Hilti Digital Platforms team! We are redesigning the digital future of Hilti and are looking for new team members to play an integral part in our digital transformation journey. As a Chief Product Owner, you will work in a global, multicultural, collaborative, fun and agile work environment. You provide coaching and guidance to product owners as they define, design, and develop new products and services for the digital platform.

What does the role involve?

As a Chief Product Owner, you are a leader who possess a blend of innovation, technology, entrepreneurial, and strategy experience. You understand the complexities of a global, distributed organization, and can productively challenge the status quo while driving for engaging and customer value creation. You enable the digital platforms teams through ongoing Business Case management and strategic prioritization. You lead, clarify, and communicate a compelling vision for the growth of the Digital Platform, and actively manage the portfolio of initiatives across markets and business units, in close collaboration with Head of Digital Platforms, Head of Engagement Marketing and other stakeholder. You manage expectations and ensure the value creation for customer and company. You lead the cohort of Product Owners, foster the talents and support your team.

The Digital Platform team, at our two locations in Boulogne-Billancourt, France and Texas, USA, consists of 130+ team members in 11+ scrum teams working with the newest technologies to create a unique user experience for Hilti’s extraordinary products and services.

What you need is:

  • Masters in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, required. MBA is a plus
  • A minimum of eight years’ experience in digital and product management roles
  • Strong analytics skills, superior problem solving skills and a high degree of self-motivation
  • High degree of comfort in a fast changing environment
  • Effective leadership skills and ability to listen, communicate and motivate teams to achieve results
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, group presentations – Fluency in English
