Campaign Technical Project Manager
What's the role?
A Campaign Technical Project Manager is ensuring that Hilti can deliver top-notch omni-channel campaigns to its customers and lead generation programs across its sales and engineering force. Our global project managers play a pivotal role in coordinating both the build of new campaigns (agile, in scrum teams) and their subsequent roll-out and adaptation across 70+ markets.

What does the role involve?
Be at the forefront of digital marketing and sales at Hilti / Build and deliver global campaigns on time and at budget, ensuring rigorous deployment in all relevant Hilti markets. Lead backlog refinement sessions, bridging our product owners and data scientists with our solutions- and technical architects that configure Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud. Coordinate/ support quality assurance processes to ensure that our global behavioural marketing campaigns are systematically tested and validated prior to launch. Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across campaigns build and roll-out processes, as well as in the underlying configuration of marketing automation technology.
Play a pivotal role in bringing different teams and initiatives together
/ Extensive cross-team collaboration, both within global teams (e.g. digital platforms, social media, big data, market intelligence) and among global teams and regional Hilti organizations. An appetite for technology and a language/ cultural proximity with IT teams is a plus.

What you need is:
- Experience working in scrum & agile frameworks, including working tools (e.g. Jira)
- Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation technology solutions, Salesforce.com highly preferred
- (Indirect) People management, inspiring and enabling a team to deliver excellent customer satisfaction
- Exceptional oral and presentation skills, equally effective in both formal and informal settings
- Fluent English is a must
- Ideation, innovation and brainstorming skills
