What's the role?

You will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing the digital content strategy for the Western Europe region & the French market. You will have the responsibility for the management, production & implementation of Digital marketing content.
The role is based in France, Boulogne-Billancourt (92) with 2 days of home office possible per week.

What does the role involve?

You will be working with a team of functional experts to develop and implement your digital content roadmap & strategy. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership and a high level of enthusiasm, creativity and customer centricity to develop impactful and engaging content for all digital channels.

The role includes the following responsibilities:
Design content marketing strategies, roadmap and set short-term goals
Develop editorial calendar, coordinate execution of tasks and ensure deadlines are met with content management team (for both French market & Western Europe region)
Management of content team & definition of objectives to be achieved
Provide & share creative ideas to increase customer engagement
Coordinate the production (or adaptation of content provided by Global communication team) of high quality & customer centric digital marketing content to achieve defined goals (creation & localization on content provided by corporate Brand & communication team)
Ensure timely & qualitative implementation of content across all digital channels
Edit, proofread and improve content
Ensure SEO optimization
Analyze performance and optimize content based on results
Share content through various channels, ensuring strong web presence
Key stakeholder to ensure brand compliance of all marketing & corporate elements
Ensure brand compliance training for all relevant stakeholders in the organization

What you need is:

  • French native speaker
  • Very good English is a most
  • Previous experience in communication (3 to 5 years) with good knowledge of Digital marketing channels
  • Excellent communication (oral & written skills) and organizational skills
  • Strong creativity and capacity to track trends of impactful content on all digital platforms (Website, Social media, …)
  • Ability to translate customer needs & solutions benefits into engaging content (images, copywriting, …)
  • Very strong attention to details to ensure high quality & timely delivery
  • Good knowledge of all analytical tools associated to digital channels is a plus
  • Good understanding and applied experience in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) is a plus
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement
  • Capacity to coordinate several complex projects in parallel
  • Previous experience in management in a plus
